On Thursday, October 26 2023, the Hohoe Municipal Assembly through the Social Welfare and Community Development distributed some items to registered persons with Disabilities at the Municipal Assembly premises (Old Assembly Forecourt).

The items were funded by the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF).

The items include Deep Freezers, Fufu pounding Machines, Table top kiosks, Poly Tanks and other items for their livelihood empowerment.

In all Sixty-Nine (69)   beneficiaries received the items presented to them by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Daniel Noble Yaw Awume. Another set of Fifty-Six (56) person’s benefitted from Educational support.

He advised them to use the items received and the Educational opportunity profitably for their sustenance and well-being.
