Hon. Daniel Noble Yaw Awume, the Municipal Chief Executive of the Hohoe Municipal Assembly on Tuesday 7th November 2023 met with Queen-mother’s of the Gbi Traditional Area.

This forms part of regular stakeholder engagements of the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive that affords him an opportunity to touch base with citizens through their opinion leaders to know about issues that are of concern to them in the Municipality and also to illicit feedback from them. The Hon Municipal Chief Executive expressed gratitude to the Queen-mother’s for their immense contributions to the development of their Communities. The Leadership of the Queen-mothers Association acknowledged the Assistance they have received from the Municipal Assembly since the inception of the Association and thanked the Chief Executive for his commitment to their cause. Hon. Daniel Noble Yaw Awume, the Municipal Chief Executive presented boxes of weedicide, cutlasses, cartons of mineral water and canned malt drinks.

He also presented an undisclosed amount of money to the Association. The items were received on behalf of the Queen-mothers by their Leadership.
